Publications in 2024

In 2024, I worked as the head of a group of bioinformaticians at BostonGene. Part of our department’s work involves scientific research on topical subjects that we either generate ourselves or receive as a client request. Participating in conferences allows us to present ourselves as experts in the field, make new acquaintances, and start projects.

As a project lead, I proposed research topics, kept track of deadlines and workloads. Below are selected projects.

American Society of Clinical Oncology

The main clinical oncology conference in the USA.

“Transcriptomic Analysis Identifies Novel Tumor Suppressor Gene Fusions in Bone Sarcomas”.
